The 2024 Thrive Throwdown is a same-sex 3-person Team Competition that will be hosted in-person at Align Athletics / CrossFit Thrive on May 18, 2024 in Lynchburg, Va.

Registration Fee Includes: (1) Athlete entry, (1) event shirt for each athlete if you register by 04/07/2024, (1) shot at the podium, (1) raffle entry.

Divisions will be as follows:

• Open Men Teams

• Open Female Teams

• Masters Men Teams

• Masters Female Teams 

For Masters 3-person teams, the combined ages must be 120+ with the youngest age being 35 by 5/31/2024.

Movement Standards

• Masters Teams should be able to complete all standards that are expected to Rx the CrossFit Open Workouts for Masters division

• Open Teams should be able to complete all Rx movement standards that apply to the CrossFit Open
